Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be requested before arrival to cover utilities and any extra services. Final charges are based on actual usage, with any remaining balance refunded within 21 days after checkout. • Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
