About this house rental
Søndergade 8 - Incredibly beautiful and well-located apartment! In this beautiful holiday apartment there are four large “common rooms”; Kitchen and living room en suite as well as the lovely conservatory and the huge terrace. From there you can spread out into one of the apartment's four bedrooms and a walk-through room - all rooms with two beds in each and an additional convertible bed in the living room. There is a guest toilet and a bathroom with toilet. The two bedrooms and the walk-through room are private from the rest of the apartment if you close the door behind you. There are two steps down and the staggered floor plan gives a nice feeling of stepping into your own space, even if the coziness continues in the kitchen, living room, conservatory or terrace. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are brand new, as are the floors, while the rest of the house has been completely renovated from top to bottom. You access the apartment by driving behind the pedestrian street and into the building's backyard, from where you go up the outdoor back stairs and from here you enter the apartment from the lovely terrace. The accommodation is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property.
