PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the third floor of a building in a dominant position, the apartment fully benefits from the view and the natural light.
From the entrance, you discover the main living area. The lounge features a sofa that can be converted into a 140x190 cm bed, as well as a large smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrates naturally into this convivial space.
The living area opens directly onto the south-facing terrace.
On the night side, the bedroom offers a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a television, and direct access to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the view from the moment you wake up.
A shower room completes the apartment, along with a separate WC.
A private outdoor parking space is available within the residence.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
