Check-in starts FROM 1:00 PM and you can arrive whenever you want, even at night! If you arrive before 1:00 PM, early check-in costs an additional €10.00 and must be communicated 2 days in advance.

There is no porter service.

We are on the third floor without a lift — 77 steps.

Not recommended for those over 40!

Air conditioning is NOT included in the price.

It is remotely controlled; you do not have a remote control.

However, if you want it, you have 2 options:

1) Ecofriendly rate +€10 per day to have air conditioning

2) Full rate +€30 per day to have air conditioning 24/7

Winter heating is always included in the price.

We never charge you for the final cleaning but before check-in a security deposit of €30.00 must be paid for any extraordinary cleaning. If we find the room and linens clean, this will be returned to you at check-out.

We are strategically positioned next to the Duomo Metro station, a few minutes’ walk from Spaccanapoli and the historic Pizzeria Da Michele.

The apartment, with independent heating and spacious, features 6 private rooms, all equipped with fridges, a fully equipped kitchen and two large bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for both couples and groups of travellers.

All our mattresses are high-quality breathable, with antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-dust mite and antifungal treatments, ensuring a healthy and restorative rest.

There are CCTV systems in compliance with the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679) in the common areas, which can be deactivated upon request for the entire apartment.
