About this bed and breakfast
Private bedroom with window and personal key lock, double mattress 160x190 cm (separable into 2 single beds) with high breathability and antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-mite, and antifungal properties. Desk with chair, waste bin, wardrobe with hangers, 90-litre fridge, sheets with winter duvet or summer quilt, hairdryer, toilet paper, mosquito repellent tablets, lavender essential oil diffuser with Bluetooth in every room.
Private room with shared spaces:
kitchen and bathroom (with key) with shower,
500 Mb Fastweb fibre optic internet connection.
For an informed booking, remember you are booking a private room in an apartment with the kitchen and 2 bathrooms shared with other guests. Please respect the common areas!
There are cameras for the protection of property and guests in compliance with the GDPR General Data Protection Regulation (EU Reg. 2016/679).
Bring with you: shampoo, shower gel, shower towels, bath towels, mosquito repellent.
Check-in starts FROM 1:00 pm and you can arrive whenever you want, even at night! If you arrive before 1:00 pm, early check-in costs an extra €10 and must be communicated 2 days in advance.

We are on the third floor without a lift, 77 steps.
Not recommended for those over 40!
Air conditioning is NOT included in the price.
It is controlled remotely; you do not have a remote control.
However, if you want it, you have 2 options:
1) Ecofriendly rate +€10 per day for air conditioning from 8 pm until 10 am
2) Full rate +€30 per day for 24-hour air conditioning
Winter heating is always included in the price.
We never charge for final cleaning but before check-in, a refundable deposit of €30 must be paid for any extraordinary cleaning. If the room and linens are found clean, it will be refunded at check-out.

Located in the heart of Naples' historic centre, a UNESCO Heritage Site, our Guests House is the ideal choice for those wishing to experience the city just steps from its most authentic wonders.
We are strategically positioned next to the Duomo Metro station, a few minutes’ walk from Spaccanapoli and the historic Pizzeria Da Michele.
The apartment, with independent heating and spacious, features 6 private rooms, all equipped with fridges, a fully equipped kitchen and two large bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for both couples and groups of travellers.
All our mattresses are high-quality breathable, with antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-dust mite and antifungal treatments, ensuring a healthy and restorative rest.
There are CCTV systems in compliance with the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679) in the common areas, which can be deactivated upon request for the entire apartment.
