Welcome to your Missoula getaway! This bright and spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home sits directly across from Splash Montana and the 63-acre Playfair Park, offering endless recreation with courts, trails, playgrounds, and picnic areas just steps away.
Inside, the home is designed for comfort and convenience. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private half bath featuring a bidet toilet, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two new twin beds. A full bathroom is also located on the main floor. The basement features a private queen bedroom with a full bath and a relaxing soaker tub. Each bedroom includes a dresser, nightstands with lamps, and roomy closets.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and the open living space is perfect for gathering. Guests will also enjoy the unique bonus of a piano for music and fun. A washer and dryer are available for use in the lower level.
Outdoors, the fully fenced corner yard and patio with a brand-new BBQ make it easy to relax and dine under Montana’s big sky. The yard is intentionally planted with clover and allowed to grow a bit more naturally to support bees, butterflies, and other important pollinators. It offers a soft, green space for dogs and kids to enjoy, though it is not maintained as a traditional manicured lawn. If you are looking for acres of perfectly groomed grass for games, picnics, or lounging, Playfair Park is directly across the street and offers expansive, beautifully maintained lawns.
We happily welcome up to two dogs, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the yard too. Please be sure to pick up after your pets. If pet waste is left behind, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.
