Failure to comply may result in additional charges, fines, or towing, which the host cannot be held liable for.

Came for son’s graduation. Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Very loud. It is a college apartment complex. Don’t think you’re going to head back and chill at the condo in peace. Parties on all 3 sides every night. No free parking.
