About this house rental
Beautifully renovated home less than a half mile from the University of Montana and two miles to historic Downtown Missoula. There are 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the main level, with 2 bedrooms and full bath on the lower level. Two separate living areas, each with a 50” Smart TV, provide space for your group to spread out and relax. New central A/C added in autumn 2022 to cool down after a hot day!
We supply all of the comforts and conveniences of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to prepare a gourmet or simple meal. All bed linens and towels are provided for our guests. Unwind on the spacious backyard deck with seating area and gas grill, while your four legged friends enjoy the lovely shaded yard.
Just a short 3 minute stroll from the house is a stop for the FREE Mountain Line Transit System bus. Their extensive network can take you almost anywhere you need to go in Missoula, including the airport.

We had a large group stay here during a family member’s wedding that lives in the area. I thought it was one of the best vrbo’s that I’ve ever stayed in. The house looks like it’s been recently renovated, and everything was beautiful! In addition, the host thought of everything down to cloths for cleaning dogs feet. We didn’t have dogs, but the wedding venue was muddy and we were thrilled to have a way to clean our boots. The unfortunate thing for us is that the weather was unseasonably cold and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on. Below, I have included the comments from other family members as well.“The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. It was updated and beautiful . Our adult group appreciated the queen size beds in each bedroom and the twin beds vs bunk beds. The back yard and patio was great, too. If it wasn’t raining the whole time, we would have been out there a lot!” My husband and I thought and it was wonderful! They seemed to think of every little thing that would make our stay more comfortable! The only problem I can think of is that we could not figure out how to turn the heat on. Perhaps they could leave some instructions for that.

Adorable & comfortable home with plenty of space for everyone in the perfect location! The space was super clean upon check-in and had everything we needed. Our host was flexible with our changing travel plans and easy to communicate with. We will definitely rebook for our missoula visit next year!

One of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in! Thoughtful touches throughout the house. Quiet and comfortable. Lots of kitchen supplies and linens, and every bed had plenty of pillows. Thanks for having a welcomed minimal, realistic list of “please do before you leave” tasks! Location is convenient and easy to find. The second living room provides everyone with quiet space after a day of fun. Great backyard and deck. A terrific place, and we were even visited by local deer :)
