About this house rental
Beautifully renovated home less than a half mile from the University of Montana and two miles to historic Downtown Missoula. There are 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the main level, with 2 bedrooms and full bath on the lower level. Two separate living areas, each with a 50” Smart TV, provide space for your group to spread out and relax. New central A/C added in autumn 2022 to cool down after a hot day!
We supply all of the comforts and conveniences of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to prepare a gourmet or simple meal. All bed linens and towels are provided for our guests. Unwind on the spacious backyard deck with seating area and gas grill, while your four legged friends enjoy the lovely shaded yard.
Just a short 3 minute stroll from the house is a stop for the FREE Mountain Line Transit System bus. Their extensive network can take you almost anywhere you need to go in Missoula, including the airport.

Our property managers, Shannon and Cait, are available locally to answer your questions and share their recommendations for their favorite Missoula activities.

The house was super clean. Although it was pet friendly we didn’t bring our dogs. The house was clean and did not have a pet smell. Great location and was perfect for our trip!

We had 5 adults and two older children in our group and we were quite comfortable. The basement rooms and living area were perfect for late night games and visiting. Those of us that go to bed earlier stayed in the upstairs bedrooms and slept well. Everyone commented on how comfortable their bed was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We did use the grill as well. The location was just a short drive to the downtown area and Caras Park. It was too far to walk, but we rented a car so we had no issue exploring downtown Missoula. We were in walking distance to the University and enjoyed strolling the campus.Accommodations can make or break a large-ish gathering, and this rental was perfect. We also loved all of the deer roaming through the neighborhood. We even had a close encounter with a newborn fawn in the back of the property.

Our family enjoyed the convenient location of this home to restaurants, shops, and the university. The house was very well laid out for the variety of ages staying at the property and is in a very walkable/bikable neighborhood.
