Walk up to your beach cottage and enter into the screened in covered porch. The perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach. Inside you will find a comfortable living area with flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensil ready to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats six. Enjoy your beach vacation at The Rookery 3602!

Public beach access is located half-mile from The Rookery. Take a right on Fort Morgan Road when leaving the Rookery and then take the first left onto Cortez Street. The beach is located ahead of you down the street.

There is a pool key/fob is located in the unit. Use this during your stay! You must return it or the HOA charges 100 dollars to replace.
