Walk up to your beach cottage and enter into the screened in covered porch. The perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach. Inside you will find a comfortable living area with flat screen TV. The open concept living space features a sleeper sofa. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensil ready to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats eight with additional seating at the kitchen counter. Enjoy your beach vacation at The Rookery 3504!

There is a pool key/fob is located in the unit. Use this during your stay! You must return it or the HOA charges $100 to replace.

*The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $35/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.
Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
You must be at least 25 to rent at The Rookery. No parking of RV's, buses, trailers or watercraft onsite.

This house was lovely as with the rest of the properties in the Rookery neighborhood. Clean and quiet area was perfect for our group. The house slept us all comfortably (8). The neighborhood includes a pool and tennis court (which does have pickleball lines). Would absolutely stay again! The beach is about half a mile away and we did walk several times.

Our family of 5 had such a great time here. I think we have found our new permanent vacation spot. It was a wuiet neighborhood with just a few minute drive to the beach. We loved it!

Our family of six, including three young adults and a teenager, had a wonderful visit. The cottage was exactly as described and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and it was super handy having a washer/dryer. The property was well maintained and the owners we met throughout the complex were very friendly. We can’t wait for the next visit!
