The location was nice. The house was well kept.
The property manager contacted me after being there two days to tell me there was a discrepancy in my payment. I offered to send her my information on a different way (email or text) with no response. The next response I received from her were threats of being locked out of the property unless I sent her money to her personal venmo account. This was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I contacted the owner of the property to let them know the situation because I had proof of my payment. This put a damper on what was supposed to be a great family getaway.
