Welcome to Coastal Landing, a beautifully designed 2021-built retreat in the heart of Morgantown, where modern comfort meets laid-back coastal living. This thoughtfully decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bath beach home offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to everything that makes the area special.
Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Coastal Landing provides a sense of privacy and calm. The home backs up to an expansive, lush common area, creating a tranquil, treehouse-like setting with peekaboo Gulf views. A short walk brings you to the community’s pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and beach access boardwalks, making it easy to enjoy every part of your stay without ever getting in the car.
Traveling with a furry companion? Small dogs (25 lbs. or less) are welcome, and both the home and Morgantown Beach are pet-friendly.

Shared hall bath featuring a double vanity and tub/shower combo
Upper Level
Primary king suite with private bath, walk-in shower, and balcony access
Double queen bedroom with direct access to the hall bath
Queen bedroom sharing the hall bath with tub/shower combo
A sleeper sofa in the living room allows the home to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.
For added security, an exterior camera is located beneath the home.
Snowbirds are welcome—please contact us for special off-season rates. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Two swimming pools plus a kiddie pool. One pool in Morgantown is heated. However, because the HOA maintains the pool, we are unable to guarantee the status of the water temperature on any given day.

The neighborhood is perfect for biking, walking, or sunset golf cart rides. For those who prefer to park closer to the shoreline, a public beach parking lot is conveniently located just west of the community.

This is our second time staying at this location. We love the home and location. For privacy reasons in the master upstairs we brought our own door covering. I think that is something that should be addressed. Other than that everything was great! We will be back! One of the TVs weren’t working, but we called the staff and they had it resolved within an hour! Great service if it’s needed. Very professional.

Tucked away in the cul de sac was a great location. Nice and quiet. Proximity to the beach was good as well. Gail kept great communication and the place was pretty much exactly what we were expecting. Would definitely stay again!
