The Neighborhood:

📍Tucked into a quiet, wooded neighborhood with well-maintained roads, this peaceful retreat offers a true escape into nature while still being conveniently close to local stores. The community pool is an easy walk away, and you may even spot black bears passing through from time to time—just one of the unique perks of staying in this serene mountain setting.



Getting Around:

It’s an easy, quick 10-minute drive down toward town—close enough for a 🍕 hot pizza run without sacrificing that quiet, tucked-in-the-woods feel back at the cabin. 🌲 Plus, you’re less than a 3-minute drive to Ober Mountain for skiing and snow tubing.

Uber does operate in Gatlinburg 24/7

BUT… this isn’t a big city—fewer drivers = longer waits

Mountain terrain + spread-out cabins = limited coverage and sometimes unreliable pickups



Other Things to Note:

Check-in: Self check-in with keypad. Your door code is provided 24 hours prior to arrival.



Starter supplies: We provide enough toilet paper + paper towels to get you started, plus dish soap, shampoo, and body wash. A convenience store is about a mile away for anything extra.



Fireplace + grill: Gas is supplied. Both are on timers and easy to adjust.



Pets & service animals:

⎯▹ ESA animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and pet charges apply

⎯▹ ADA service animals are welcome and must remain with the guest at all times



Security cameras: Exterior cameras at the front entrance/driveway and a doorbell camera record video 24/7 for safety and compliance.



Interaction with Guests:

My wife and I are available by phone until 9 PM each night and respond as quickly as possible. We truly care about providing a smooth, comfortable stay. Please make sure you have your check-in instructions before you arrive, as this is a mountain area and it can take longer to get assistance if needed.
