Had a fabulous time at this cabin. The setting was perfect for visiting and playing games with friends, family, and our dog. Location is perfect, really close to downtown Gatlinburg yet still a feel for the country. We saw bears and coyotes from the cabin. The only negatives was water constantly dripping in the upstairs bathroom, trouble with the AC not cooling (however this was repaired within 24 hrs), the exterior was not well maintained including cobwebs and dead wildlife in the backyard. The interior was immaculately clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Photos on line do not show trees and shrubs that block view of property. Drove past several times looking for what I saw online. Believe all had a good time. Pool table and tv in game room were a big hit with younger group who watched their favorite team and played pool at same time. Get rid of futon in game room and replace with set of .one or two bunk beds. Need more individual sleeping quarters.

We had a great stay. We saw bear daily and our host was responsive. Check in was easy, kitchen was stocked. The location was great. It was fairly clean except for under the beds and furniture were pretty dirty. We would stay again.

Overall, our experience was great! The hosts are responsive to messages. When we arrived, we found one of the beds had dirty linens. They sent the cleaners over with new ones quickly. The cabin needs a good deep clean. There’s a lot of dust on ceiling fans and bathrooms vents, which aggravated allergies. We wish there would’ve been a vacuum cleaner available during our stay since it’s pet-friendly. We would’ve been happy to clean more before we checked out. The washer doesn’t spin clothes out well so it takes FOREVER to dry clothes. It made doing laundry here an inconvenience with 11 people who needed to wash towels and clothing during our stay, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. There is erosion netting in the yard, and we had to free several snakes from it during our stay. So be extra aware if traveling with young children and pets. Our dog was nipped on the nose by a trapped snake, but thankfully it wasn’t venomous. We know wildlife is a part of the Smokies, but that could likely be prevented if the netting wasn’t in the yard, so just be cautious when in the yard. It was nice to have a working gas grill. The kids loved the game room, and the cabin is a perfect walking distance to the strip. Be bear aware, though, when walking. We saw a bear on the road on our way back one evening, and we had one try to get into our UTV in the driveway. There was plenty of room for 11 of us, and it was nice to be able to bring our pets. The size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our entire family. We cooked in the large kitchen everyday and also used the gas grill out on the deck. Walking distance to Gatlinburg, we spent a couple days in town checking out the sites.We also were able to see 2 black bears on the property which was a treat for the adults and kids to see one up close.

This place was so perfect for us. Everybody had their own bedroom which included tvs and couches so they could get away from the chaos if they had to. The layout of the house is awesome and perfect for a large group. The game room kept everybody entertained for hours on rainy days. We had a blast!

Perfect pet friendly house. The fenced yard was great to keep bears out and dogs in…one evening the dogs and Bear “visited” thru the fence! Another evening the bear came strolling thru the fire pit area! The kitchen is well stocked with all you could need. My husband said the hot tub was wonderful. The location of this house is so convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Definitely can walk everywhere. Yet it’s near a portion of the forest so you do not feel like you are in the hub bub busyness of downtown. We also liked the arcade and pool table when we were not exploring the great outdoors!

Property is as listed, very spacious. Could use a little updating. The furniture is pretty worn, and the pool table/stick holder are well used and in need of some repairs. None of those things made our time any less enjoyable! Cabin is very close to Downtown Gatlinburg, and we were very easily able to walk to all the attractions/shops, so we didn't have to pay for parking. We could see the drone display and fireworks with a very short walk to the end of the street and didn't have to fight any crowds. The owners were very quick to respond to any needs or concerns. We definitely plan on booking again, would love to stay during the fall to see all the beautiful colors.

Perfect for dog children-open the door to a fenced yard. I'd keep an eye on them. It's not if it's when the bears show. Very easy to zip into the park from here and close enough to walk to several good restaurants. Very nicely equipped. Everything you might need and everything worked. It is not scary to drive to or park. Just book and enjoy.

My friends and I (16 adults) all fit very comfortably in this wonderful home! The walk to get to downtown couldn't have been easier, communication with the property manager was timely and clear, and anytime we stayed at the house all of the amenities we could have wanted were available! Couldn't recommend more!!

15 of us stayed at this property. The location is fabulous and there is a lot of elbow room. The game room was a lot of fun. It's very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We saw a bear, two coyotes, and lots of birds right from the deck. The azaleas are beautiful in May. Across the street is a classy little bar that served creative and delicious drinks. Two cautions: the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit are broken and unstable. Also, if you have a larger group and need more than 4 beds, bringing your own air mattresses would be the way to go.

This location was with in walking distance to town, has a lot of games to keep you entertained, very spacious living space, kitchen has pretty much all appliances you will need as well as dinner ware, really enjoyed our stay. the host was easily accessible and very friendly

Pros: The location to downtown was great, and the owners were quick to address reported problems. We were able se too brats every night of our stay. Cons: hot tub did not work and took two repair men all weekend to decide it was the pump that needed replaced so was not able to enjoy the hot tub until after 10 pm our final night there. Also no cold wster in kitchen sink maintenance man said problem was due yo a valve being shut off. He turned tne valve on but did not check to see if that resolved the problem. It was tne line to tne refrigerator that allowed to make ice cubes that he turned on. Finally, there were no cleaning products at all in the cabin. While this cabin accommodatesd our needs, due to all of the other problems, I will not rent from this place again. I even inquired as to a partial refund due to hot tub not being accessible and was denied.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! So close to town. The owners and their team is exceptional with communication! This is our second time staying in this home while in Gatlinburg. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The house was beautiful and clean. It was so close to everything so we saved on parking fees and just walked down town and felt completely safe even at night. When they say you can see bears it's a understatement we saw them every day and they even got into the car, apparently they open door's...lol. No damage and they are more scared of you than we were scared of them. The house had everything you need and lots of extra things to do. The only thing missing was sheets for the pullout sofas and maybe some extra covers there's a few but not nearly enough but also not a big deal to bring a couple of your own if you are colder person. This is a great home for a good size group or a small family we had 8 and it was perfect. We would definitely choose this place again.

This is a lovely house. However it needs a lot of TLC . The house and deck need power wash. There are spider webs everywhere - even in the light fixtures and around a birds nest on the deck! The kitchen needs new appliances-the dishwasher is missing a bottom roller. The oven does not heat well and the top is just awful including the vents that need cleaned or changed. The water does not work on the refrigerator. The bathrooms are very nice but bath tub leaks. This house has so much to offer- you can walk to town-which is great as you pay for parking everywhere. We had a bear visit every day. And they can open car doors! So lock your car doors!

Wow, where do I start. Well, to start with, Nicole, one of the owners, couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable in her home. She made you feel like Family. Then there is Location. This property is located on the South end of Gatlinburg and walking distance to everything. There were parking lots further away from town than we were. At $20.00 a pop to park, you will save hundreds in parking fees alone. Then there is the house we stayed in. 5 Star. I have stayed in VRBO properties all over the country and this was by far the Best. Clean, well-stocked, and well maintained. A beautiful place. The balcony featured all kinds of Wildlife, including and of course, the Bears, our favorite. I took 4 generations of my Family and we all fit comfortably. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, this is where I would stay. Thank you Nicole for providing us with the Perfect place to stay and your excellent hospitality.

The stay was amazing. Was a short walk to town, the fenced in yard was great for my two dogs and the arcade games and pool table was nice entertainment for the whole family. We did have a visitor on the outside of the fence the last night that decided to nap right next to the house ☺️ All around we were sad we didn’t get to stay longer but we will definitely return.

Had to call for check in, gave us wrong code. Place needs a good cleaning, apparently they don’t check their properties. A lot of dust, spider webs and dirty base boards. Even the envelope to leave a tip was stained. Deck also was dirty with mildew on chair. Not enough sheets, the jacuzzi is also disgusting, makes you smell like mildew. Local to town. Isn’t very friendly to converse with. A bed was broken from a guest sitting on it. Not even near the broken part. The person they had sent out said it was a manufacturing problem and it shouldn’t have done that. Then they decided based on a picture it wasn’t because they’ve been doing this for 15+ years. You would then think they would check on their property. There are nails sticking up, and lots of things in the verge of breaking. Even the other king bed is held up with cinder blocks. Apparently also the insurance doesn’t cover anything, they still want me to pay for their faulty bed.

Perfect place to have family travel to for my sons wedding in Pigeon Forge . We were able to bring the dogs that were in the wedding and they had a safe place to go out to. Traffic in Gatlinburg was bumper to bumper on weekend so we could walk to downtown to go to dinner, etc
