Location farther than stated

The place is located almost 7 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. This website gives you a lot of false info to locations nearby. Go directly to Aunt Bugs site for the correct info. The cabin itself was very nice. Some plumbing issues and electrical outlets don't work along with hall bathroom light, which was noted in Nov.. 2025 and not repaired as of yet. Great place to stay. Book directly.

It was ok.

The space was great. The layout was very nice as well. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked.

It was very difficult to to warm up the lodge. With temps in the 30s the whole house was very chilly. Some of the bed lines weren't clean. Lodge claimed it slept 14. It was difficult to find linens for pull out couches. Blankets were random & every where. Water pressure was terrible. 2 showers for 11 people were frustrating. There was also lots of flooring issues/damage. We learned if there was a rug, it means flooring issues.
