Cleanliness, comfortable, host was great.
Said parking for 5 cars, well we only had 2 cars and the parking eas im sorry but horrible most of all the other rentals has nearly flat parking, ours was so steep it made it difficult for me and my disabled child to get in and out of the cars. Oh and the trash cans were not addiquate for the house. We had 6 people in the rental, and definitely for a weeks stay there was not enough room for our trash because we decided to cook at home instead of eating out. Other than those two things it was great. Loved it. Oh and we couldn't figure out how to work the fireplace in the master bedroom

Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. A little bit of everything, with hot tub, pool table & movie room. Vacationing in Gatlinburg almost every other year for the past 50 years, I saw my 1st bear on this trip (last week of August)! Actually we saw 7 bears, with 5 being in front of our cabin, & one stood up at our front porch!
Had difficulty with finding channels to watch on the televisions. Some mattresses are needing to be replaced. Had other cabins that I thought were too close, especially from enjoying balconies.
