About this house rental
Enjoy with family or friends this accommodation which offers good times in perspective. Old house completely renovated brought up to date, to allow you to enjoy a good stay.
Located in the perimeter of the Loire Valley. At the gateway to the Sologne and the castles of the Loire. The cottage is 3 km from the "La Loire à Vélo" route and 8 km from the Orléans canal. 15 km from the Loire Park Leisure Center (Charlemagne Island).
Shops and restaurants 3 km away. 17 km from Orléans, CO 'Met and the Zenith.
The 110 m² cottage adjoining the owners' house is completely independent. It has an enclosed inner courtyard at the front that can be used as parking and at the back a pretty garden with trees with a terrace to take your meals. A barn that can accommodate bicycles.
On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven - microwave - dishwasher - electric coffee maker and TASSIMO - kettle - toaster), a bright living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: a bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm - dresser - window with blackout curtains. A 2nd bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm - wardrobe - window with blackout curtains. A shower room and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: a mezzanine attic bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed - dresser - skylight with roller shutter.
Electric heating. Hot water via a 300l tank that regenerates from 9pm.
2 adult bikes at your disposal (without helmets)
