If you’re up for a little exploring, Grace Mountain Farmhouse is close to fantastic local state parks, several hiking and biking trails, as well as golfing and lots of other outdoor adventures. It’s just 10 miles to the quaint town of Mentone, AL, where you can explore local arts, crafts and delicious cafes and eateries. This cabin was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed everything was. The decor is modern, tasteful, and cozy without feeling cluttered, and the bathrooms are especially stunning—clean, modern, and well-appointed. The high-quality soaps and plush robes were such a nice, luxurious touch and really made the stay feel special.
The hot tub being flush with the deck was fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The cabin feels very private, tucked away in the woods, which made it incredibly quiet and relaxing. The dark board exterior is a great aesthetic detail and blends perfectly with the natural setting. WiFi was much appreciated since there’s no cell service—having that connection made everything easy and stress-free.
Overall, this cabin is beautifully done, thoughtfully equipped, and an amazing place to unplug and unwind. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private, comfortable, and stylish retreat in the woods.
