Every detail has been thoughtfully considered in this home, ensuring you and your guests will feel pampered. The space comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for gathering with family and friends. Relax on the two large leather couches, each with recliners, while watching your favorite shows on the 65" TV, or enjoy the warmth of the electric fireplace. The large coffee table is great for game nights, and the dining table and kitchen island together seat up to 10. There's even a game cabinet stocked with puzzles and games for everyone to enjoy. The fully-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and more, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, crockpot, waffle maker, and an assortment of pots and pans. Plus, you'll have a fully stocked coffee and hot chocolate bar! Open the French doors to step out onto the deck, which provides direct access to the fire pit and grill area—sure to be a favorite spot to unwind while enjoying the mountain's peaceful beauty.



The spacious master suite includes a king bed, reading sconces, a 55" TV, a cozy chair, and blackout curtains. The large master closet is also family-friendly, offering a pack-n-play for little ones, an ironing board with iron & steamer, and a large wall-mounted mirror. The ensuite bathroom features double sinks, a tub/shower combo, and plenty of towels and toiletries. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, reading sconces, a 50" TV, a comfy chair, and blackout curtains. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or larger groups, with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, reading sconces, a 50" TV, a chair, and blackout curtains. Additional sleeping for 2 can be found on the comfortable leather couches in the living area, with linens provided. A washer and dryer are conveniently located off the entry for your use.

PETS: Up to 2 dogs may be allowed (unfortunately we cannot accommodate cats) within the $35 per night pet fee. Additional pets may be considered, with additional pet fee, requiring approval in advance. Pets must be leashed when outside and crated indoors when guests are away. Please pick up after your pet (waste bags are provided).

HOUSE RULES:

- Primary Renter must be 25 or older

- Smoking / Vaping strictly prohibited inside the house - $500 fine will be assessed

- Dogs must be disclosed at booking - $250 fine will be assessed for non-disclosure

- No parties, excessive noise, or events are allowed

- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm until 7:00 am

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house at any time
