A beautiful modern farmhouse located in Rising Fawn, GA atop Lookout Mountain! This 4BR/3BA retreat boasts a functional layout perfect for family and friends and will comfortably sleep 11 guests. This dog-friendly (no extra fee!) home resides on a gorgeous 1.5 acre property and is located just 2 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park and less than 30 minutes from Downtown Chatt, the Aquarium, Rock City, and Ruby Falls. Enjoy the outdoor amenities, hot tub, hammock, grill, patio and more!

Our Favorite Things About Cloudland
Cloudland Summit is a beautiful home with many updated features, cozy bedrooms, and a spacious living area. We love the master bathroom’s large walk-in closet and sleek bathroom that features a double vanity, soaking bathtub, and tiled standing shower. The living room and kitchen provide an open floor plan to maximize time spent with your loved ones as well as lots of different card games and boards to play! It has a huge sectional sofa and plenty of additional seating with a giant flat screen smart TV. The outdoor back patio is a highly desirable feature of the home as it contains a hot tub, outdoor seating, propane grill, and a swinging hammock!
Home Layout
As you enter Cloudland Summit through the front door, to your immediate right are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen and twin bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. As you continue into the home, you are greeted with an open-concept living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining table. Off of the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with access to the garage. Off the living room are double-glass doors that open to the pack porch. The porch includes outdoor seating, a grill, and a hot tub. Also off of the living room is the large master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, a huge and gorgeous master bathroom with an updated double vanity, soaking bathtub, and a tiled shower. There is also a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. As you head up the stairs, there is one bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds, a smart TV and one full bathroom attached to it.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole entire home and property grounds.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are not always reliable in the Chattanooga area, so we recommend having a vehicle to fully enjoy everything the city has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Garage space for one vehicle, plus driveway parking for up to four vehicles. If you choose to use the garage, it must be opened from the inside. There is no garage remote.
This property is dog friendly! Two dogs MAX allowed!
No Cable TV! Smart TVs are available, and guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming services.
There is a gas grill available on the back porch for guests to use.
A drip coffee machine is available, with Folgers medium-roast coffee provided during your stay.
The ice machine in the home is not available. We provide ice trays and there is a Dollar General close by if more ice is needed!

Beautiful house with great beds, linens, and towels. The hottub was especially nice with very clean water. The patio furniture needs cleaning, but overall this was an excelent rental. Be cautions with pets. The property is visited by a lot of deer and therefore the yard has a lot of ticks.

Every minute on LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN is a perfect, beautiful minute. Take advantage of this amazing setting, enjoy Ruby Falls and Rock City and the other amenities in this Cloud of amazement. The house is wonderful and the setting and comferts are perfect.

Great place for our bridal party to stay for wedding weekend.

You can hear everything in this house. The floors need to be replaced in the kitchen. Everything else was ok. Super close to Cloudland State Park.
