About this house rental
The house in Udine is a cozy and unique haven just a 15-minute walk from downtown. Every detail has been carefully designed to combine comfort and style. The house has a separate entrance; on the first floor, you’ll find a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large closet and a sleeper sofa for one person, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. On the first floor, there’s an intimate, open-concept attic space with a double bed.
Enjoy your stay just a stone’s throw from Udine, with free parking.

The house is equipped with SHEETS, TOWELS, and SHOWER SOAP. Hand soap. Hair dryer.
Upon arrival, you’ll find tea bags, instant coffee, and herbal teas. Complimentary crackers and tartlets are provided for breakfast.

A 10-minute walk takes you to Piazzale XXVI Luglio, where the Ossuary is located; from there, Via Poscolle leads into the historic center. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the house to Piazza Libertà (the castle).
There are several bars nearby, and it’s a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) to the “Città Studi” shopping center (supermarket, stores, McDonald’s, sushi restaurant, etc.)
An 8-minute drive from Udine Hospital, 5 minutes from the Città di Cura Polyclinic.
