The Living Room: A bright and pleasant living space, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.
The Kitchen: Fully equipped and open-plan, it has everything you need to play at being a chef: fridge, microwave, hob, a full set of crockery and the essential Senseo coffee machine for your breakfasts.
The Balcony: A real charm! Enjoy this outdoor space for your morning coffee or evening drinks, lulled by the sea breeze.

The sleeping area is designed for the whole family to rest:
Bedroom 1: A comfortable double bed (140 cm).
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 cm), perfect for children or friends.
Bonus: Each bedroom has its own wardrobe for easy storage of your belongings.

Restaurants are within immediate walking distance, ideal for dining out and social moments. The city center can be reached in a 20-minute walk or just a 5-minute drive, providing easy access to shops, entertainment, and services while still enjoying a calm and pleasant environment.

Security Deposit Required
• Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property.
• You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete the check-in process.
• At that time, you will be able to provide your credit card for the security deposit.
• If we are unable to process the security deposit, access to the accommodation will not be granted.
• Bed linens and towels are provided.
