You'll have exclusive access to the entire beachfront apartment, including the comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, the cozy living area with a sofa bed, the fully equipped kitchen, and the full bathroom. Step outside onto your private terrace to enjoy stunning sea views. Guests also have direct access to the beach, perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. The apartment is ideally located, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the town center.

For those arriving by air, Béziers-Cap d'Agde Airport is a mere 20-minute drive. Parking is available both on the street and free of charge on the premises, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

"Please note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the street and on the premises. We kindly request that you respect our no-smoking policy. Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property.

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"





Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
