It is a beautiful fully renovated T3
It has a beautiful terrace repainted in 2019
There are 2 bedrooms, one of which overlooks the sea and the terrace.

The residence is eccentric and quiet; Lots of shops around
The beach is wide and clean (cleaned every morning) and there is an aid station nearby
There is a tourist train every 20 minutes to go downtown.
The station is very busy summer with shows and free activities

Nice and clean apartment right at beach. Owner was very helpful, suggesting us hypermarkets, wine growing estates and shopping malls around. Everything was as in description. Apartment is at quiet area, where was not many people at the beach and in surrounding areas, so nobody will try to sell you somtething. I'm my opinion apartment is suitable for 2 grown-up's + 1 or 2 childen, not 2+2 grown-ups.
