Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it overlooks a large terrace with views of the sea and the pool.
2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds, wardrobes and wardrobe).

Another terrace communicates between the 2 rooms.
1 bathroom shower and separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer.
Private parking space in the residence.
A security deposit of 400 € is required upon arrival on the premises (bank check, not charged, returned when the keys are handed out from the tenants if no problem)

nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes. nous avons passé un agréable séjour. l'appartement a tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances et une trés belle décoration. le couchage est excellent. nous sommes trés content de notre séjour.

Après un accueil chaleureux de la part de Brigitte, nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une dizaine de jours au calme dans cet appartement refait à neuf très bien agencé où aucun équipement ne manquait et muni d'une très grande terrasse avec cette superbe vue.
De plus Valras est un site magnifique et bien situé pour découvrir la région.
Un endroit où nous avons envie de revenir sans hésiter.
