- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave-grill, kettle, toaster, electric hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200);
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200);
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds (single bed on top and double bed below);
- Two bathrooms with shower, and separate toilets;
- The accommodation has air conditioning;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Heated communal swimming pool;
- Free private outdoor parking space No. 71;
- Possibility to borrow board games and iron from reception.
