God beliggenhed. Tæt på centrum. Behageligt nyt byggeri.
Det er lidt flot at kalde det for en lejlighed. Det ér bare et værelse. Og prisen skal heller ikke være højere.

Kiva nojatuoli. Helppo sisäänpääsy koodilla. Ympäristössä hyvin parkkitilaa.
Sänky aivan liian kova. Aivan hirveän näköinen sisäkatto. Oli jotain betonilevyjä tms ilman viimeistelyä. Osa seinistä oli jätetty betonipinnalle - ja haisi betonille. Parissa juomalasissa oli huulten kuvat. Kylpyhuoneesta puuttui lattialasta. Suihkun jälkeen ei voinut kuivata lattiaa vaan jäi märäksi (sukat kastui). Pyyhkeet olivat jotenkin oudot, eivät kuivanneet hyvin (liikaa huuhteluainetta?) Astiat halpaa Ikeaa. Sänky oli ikävästi sijoitettu haisevan betoniseinän viereen. Potentiaalia olisi parempaan ja persoonallisempaan ratkaisuun.
