About this apartment rental
Newly built, spacious and stylishly furnished apartment in the heart of Jyväskylä with private sauna and large balcony overlooking the city center. Good public transport connections and all of the services of the city center right at your doorstep.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking home meals enjoyable. The apartment has new comfortable double beds in all of the bedrooms All rooms have blackout curtains on the windows. The living room features a comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The bathroom has a private sauna for those home-spa moments.
📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments.
🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. Hosting parties is not allowed. If we receive any complaints from neighbours, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €1,000 fee.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the reservation, and having pets on the reservation is subject to an additional fee. Undeclared pets will result in a payment of 300€. Any damage caused by the pets is fully reimbursed by the guest.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland, a way to reduce noise and protect property.
👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s stay.
