Green Door Apartments

I traveled to Jyväskylä for a conference, so I chose this apartment because of its good balance between location and price, as well as the facilities it offered (a private apartment, kitchen, etc.). The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed for my entire stay (kitchen utensils, shampoo, shower ger, cleaning products, etc.). It is close to supermarkets and bus stops, about 30 minutes on foot from the train station, and around 7 minutes from the university. In general, Jyväskylä is not a very large city, so it felt easy to reach most places of interest by walking. Timo was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. He always answered my questions quickly and even called me when needed to make communication easier. He also offered flexibility on the check-out day, which made my last day at the conference much more convenient and easy. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Jyväskylä! 😊

The room was built in a practical way. The alcove for the bed looked very comfy.

My stay was during a heatwave with outside temperatures reaching over 30°C outside. This resulted in the room being unbearably hot, and the thermostat was locked for guests. There is no real AC working in this building, despite the advertisement.
