It was impeccably clean. Rules were clearly communicated while there was practical flexibility. They were very polite.

Everything was done digitally and without much fuss.
I was not aware that they will send the code to WhatsApp. Thankfully, I was able to download the app and get the code through there (although through the Booking app or a phone message would potentially have been more logical).

The room was built in a practical way. The alcove for the bed looked very comfy.
My stay was during a heatwave with outside temperatures reaching over 30°C outside. This resulted in the room being unbearably hot, and the thermostat was locked for guests. There is no real AC working in this building, despite the advertisement.
