It was impeccably clean. Rules were clearly communicated while there was practical flexibility. They were very polite.

The room was built in a practical way. The alcove for the bed looked very comfy.
My stay was during a heatwave with outside temperatures reaching over 30°C outside. This resulted in the room being unbearably hot, and the thermostat was locked for guests. There is no real AC working in this building, despite the advertisement.
