Conforto, vista piscina.
Apenas o facto de não facultar o lugar de garagem. No estacionamento da rua os carros ficam insuportáveis com o calor e sol. Já estive noutros apartamentos deste resort e facultam o lugar de garagem o que é bastante vantajoso, temos o carro sempre fresco.

Localização e proximidade à praia. Amenidades do Condomínio e a calma e sossego à volta.
Muito escuro e impessoal principalmente nas casas de banho e zona de jantar/estar. Falta de utensílios na cozinha. Sem decoração alguma e mobília e cortinados muito pesados. Precisa dum investimento para melhorias duma forma geral e parecer mais confortável.
