A localização e o conforto em geral do apartamento
Acho que o WC deveria ter uma ficha elétrica para se poder utilizar o secador de cabelo. Acho ainda que o serviço de TV deveria ser melhorado, nomeadamente o acesso a canais generalistas de notícias (vg SIC Notícias, CNN Portugal, RTP 3, etc), pois apesar de estarem na grelha, simplesmente não funcionam.
