A localização é a área do apartamento. A existência da piscina exterior próxima e o jardim exterior é agradável . O facto de ter porteiro no acesso ao condomínio reforça a noção de segurança . A relação de todas as divisões com a varanda. É um apartamento muito bom e vale muito a experiência pelo preço.
Devem reabilitar todo apartamento. A decoração é antiga. Os sofás e as cadeiras são desconfortáveis.

The apartment wasn't clean properly. Something that must be fixed, since it has a huge impact on the experience.
