The location and how it was a little difficult to enter

It was a fantastic stay. Locations wise: Less than ten minutes drive from Mhlanga Rocks/Oceans and Mdloti. There's a short hike/nature walk you can take to a quiet beach, we saw some cute wild life when we took the hike. We also visited a beach in Mdloti which was also super cute. The area is quiet, there's a small grocery store and café a short walk away. Needless to say the location is second to non. There is dedicated covered parking and lots of security in the building as well as a small gym and a braai and pool area we could make use of. Everything was super esthetic and well kept. The host was incredibly attentive and kind over the phone and helped with any questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the comforts of home including things like an iron which came in handy as well as a water filter. Check-in and check-out was all done independently and was seamless. We had such a stress free stay and will make this place our first choice for Durban trips for two. Highly recommend.

Should there be a poweroutage there's only back-up for the elevators and buildings passage lights but not for the rooms themselves. That's beyond the hosts control obviously but something to note.
