It's comfortable and clean. Does have everything you need.
Seems that DSTV was only available for 2 days after we arrived. Though it's not a deal breaker.

Beautiful beach views. Peaceful and quiet location with quick access to the tourist hot spots. Quick access to the promenade. It's a perfect location to relax
I felt the tone of the guest letter, detailing the house rules very aggressive and almost rude. Please consider rewriting this.
I worry about taking a deposit vs the guest letter tone (I.e. Only saw this letter on arrival). During my stay, I think I constantly worried about infringing a rule accidently verses enjoying the stay.
The flimsy foldable doors for the bedrooms don't provide any privacy.
The wifi was very unstable. Wasn't stable enough to stream a movie from netflix.
