Location is very good Gym is one of the better ones in London area Food on offer is buffet based and has plenty of options and for the price you cannot go wrong.
It is no frills but I would t put that as a negative it’s just is what it is

The facilities were basic but it was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the location was right in the heart of London just off the Tottenham Court Road so it was excellent value for money. If you need a place to stay in Central London and are looking for unbeatable value, I would highly recommend this Indian YMCA.
Don't expect 5 star luxury, it's basic but it has tea and coffee facilities and a decent shower. My only real issue was that the TV didn't work. It was not connected to the ariel or WiFi. I was too tierd to worry about this and report it though
