The food was amazing. Best value in town. I only ate in restaurant my entire stay. Authentic Indian food. Breakfast lunch and dinner buffet. Location was perfect. Staff, management, restaurant and students made my feel at home.

Easy to get to and close to the centre of London. Clean room and spacious compared with other single rooms I’ve stayed in other places
Very hot in the middle of a heatwave as no air con, but I large fan was in the room which did a good job

The location is good. Felt safe as a lone female traveller.
The bathroom floor tiles are in desperate need of re grouting, it is impossible to keep clean in their present state, a dirt trap with most grout missing. There was a strong disagreeable smell of some chemical product used in the main area, possibly a shake & vac? Or an aerosol spray?
