The room was very clean and perfectly set out. The swimming pool was lovely and the views were amazing. Gym was well equipped. The host responded to all messages quickly and was very helpful. All staff in the hotel were very respectful and polite. I will definitely return if I’m back in Langkawi.
There wasn’t anything to not like.

We liked the location and the set-up of the room which was very well designed. The view was fantastic.
Just little things like the bathroom could do with a proper towel rail and stronger hooks ( the ones there kept falling down). There should be a waste bin in the bathroom and another by the dressing table. Also the noise from the construction next door if you sit on the balcony.

Proximity to beach. Well thought out design. Aesthetically pleasing.
Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom needs towel rails as hooks kept falling off the wall. Bidet pipe not working.
