Konrai Hotel Matsumoto

Beautifully designed right down to the finer details, the apartment is in a great stay for sightseeing in Matsumoto. The property is located directly behind Matsumoto City Museum and is a stone’s throw away from the Castle grounds. It is only a short walk to the station, and is convenient to the many restaurants and bars that are in that locality. The room itself is stylishly designed in a modern-Japanese taste, with low dining table and two tatami-mat rooms with futon beds. Appliances and amenities were thoughtfully chosen for a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the apartment’s laundry which included a stand-alone clothes dryer — truly a godsend.

松本駅から歩いて10分くらい、城下町を歩いて満喫できる立地。ホテル玄関の前には無料駐車場も完備。お部屋の入口の大きな素敵なドアがテンション上がりました！今回車で伺ったので無料駐車場は助かりました。家族のような友人4人で宿泊しましたが、ベッドルームが2部屋、ベッドルームの他にみんなで集まれるリビング的なお部屋もあって、荷物を広げた部屋とは別の部屋で集まって、ご飯を食べたりできたのがとてもよかったです。キッチン設備も充分で、簡単な調理もできました。オリーブオイル、塩、胡椒が用意されていてとても助かりました！バスタブはないですが広めのシャワールームあり。大正時代から続いている銭湯が徒歩数分の場所にあるので、ホテルのタオルをお借りして行きました。この銭湯もとても素敵な建物なのでぜひ。 元お寿司屋さんをセンスよくリノベーションされていて、さりげなく使われてる松本民芸家具も素敵で、外でもお部屋でも城下町を感じることができて、過去と現在の不思議な気分が楽しかったです。長期滞在の大型スーツケースや、登山の大きなザックも気兼ねなく置ける広い玄関がポイント高いと思いました！徒歩で城下町を散策できて、車で少し遠出して、夜はまた歩いて外食できる、本当に好立地！
