Bliskość najważniejszych atrakcji, ( muzeum 2 wś. , muzeum solidarności) obie to kilka minut pieszo. Bardzo blisko nad Motławę, żuraw, wyspę ołowiankę czy wyspę spichrzów. Podobna droga do fontanny czy bazyliki św. Brygidy. No i jarmark św. Dominika, praktycznie można dojść z kilku stron. Sam apartament jest duży i gustownie urządzony, bardzo czysto. Dobrze zaopatrzony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy, głównie kuchnia. Duży atut to Montownia w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie, codziennie można wybrać inne jedzenie, duży wybór restauracji , czynne do późna i ciekawe koncerty w weekend. W okolicy dużo sklepów żabek, jak ktoś woli netto, Aldi czy biedronkę to 5 minutowy spacer i ma wszytko obok siebie.
Przydałaby się klimatyzacja ale mimo upału nie mogłem narzekać.
