The cottage was lovely and it was so quiet, just what you need when you have come for a restful holiday.
It would be lovely to have had a garden, but we knew this before we booked and didnt impact on our enjoyment of the place. Also the parking situation was a bit tricky as we had to park the car quite a way away on the first night as there were are a lot of cars parked up along the street. We didnt want to park in the wrong spot either to annoy the neighbours or block them in. This was a minor thing though as we were able to park the next few nights where we had been advised to park.

Absolutely beautiful house, great peaceful location in a lovely village. Very large bedrooms and plenty of space downstairs too. Had a really lovely stay.
On a road at the entrance to a farm, parking is in a lay-by or on the village green. Not a problem. Front room smelt a little musty but I suppose to be expected with the age of the house.

Lovely cottage in a quiet village. Very comfy beds, great kitchen and facilities. Cosy fireplaces! Very friendly and helpful hosts! Good value for money.
No garden but wasn’t a problem.

The location was great and plenty of good amenities to the property.
When we arrived the cottage hadn’t been cleaned and there is a terrible damp smell throughout the ground floor, there’s plenty of candles to help but it was really off putting. The main bedroom could benefit from some blackout blinds/curtains as well.
