there was no reception even if we had any problems we didnt know where to report because no one welcomed us

I liked that the beds were comfortable and easily accommodated three people. There was enough blankets and there was wifi available. There was no noise disturbance and the place was clean
There was no soap in the bathroom. And for an overnight stay, I was hoping there would be complimentary coffee and sugar for the next morning.

Lift was broken.Renovation happening upstairs.constant banging all day.price on booking.com was way more than advertised online.overpriced for a 1 br apartment
