Beautiful view, very clean and amazing balcony. we are definitely coming back.

This was not good at all, no one answered my phone when i called the number provided by booking.com. I collected my car and drove to the venue and the security guard didnt have my name and i was stranded outside with my children and no one to call as no one was answering the number. The receptionist had to come and she didnt have a booking too, it was only when she called the cleaner that the cleaner first clarified that someone is coming to the unit. It gave me so much anxiety because I was coming from Johannesburg and I had my children. After that, it was amazing.

The facilities and proximity to the beach.

Owner's refusal to have oral conversation with guests is realy bad. He/she only communicates via watsupp. The booking.com app also misdirects people to Caban Beach Hotel in Mhlanga Rocks if you only use it instead of literally using the Ellcock Road adress.

The picture are so true. It even looks and feels better in reality. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 kids) we all slept comfortably an we had enough clean towels. Gate to the beach was a bonus and the fact that there life guards made gave us so much relief. Self catering was easy with a shopping center 3 minutes away. Definitely recommend it 👌

Toilet brush very old and carpet door inside bathroom may fall and cause harm.give it attention
