Location is closed to the beach and shop which is nice
The security can be a little more helpful and friendly. We didn't know there were trollies you can use to take your stuff to the flat and had to carry our things to the 13th floor, it would help if we knew or the security told us.

The ocean view
The floor and bathrooms are okey
The smell of the room when you walk in , all beds seems to be very old and extremely not comfortable to use especially during a holiday , all towels are old and teared , no aircon or extra blankets we were cold during our 2 night stay and also the spoons , plates and glasses were not washed properly we had to re-wash them . Sofas has got black throws because they cover that they are badly teared
