Location, comfort, close to destination, friendly hosts. Pleasant flat temperature. Lovely garden surroundings. Walking distance for shopping.
No shelves/hooks in the bathrooms for personal accessories. Suggest shower curtains (unhygienic) to be replaced with permanent glass installation. No ice trays.

There actually nothing that can think of. Maybe the showed to have a shower door instead of. Curtains.
