101 L'escalier Cabanas-Paradise at Sea

It was the most amazing venue. The place was huge spacious and spotless. The location was on point. The vibe in the area classic. The cherry on the top was the fact that no one complained about noise music etc. We partied till 3 am in the morning. Will definitely recommend this place is you are a party person. As for the host he was super friendly. Even allowed us to leave later than original departure time without costs. We checkout at 12pm instead of 10am.

Rude owner who insisted we stole her towels, cups and bowl. She didn't have a check list. No customer service skills. I made a mistake by not raising the issues I found because I was busy with work and I saw issues later on, that was my fault. Like sand and hair on the beddings, burnt plastic or hair on the bathroom floor, curry stained towels which felt rough as if it had been washed but was folded so I assumed they knew. The owner ended up blaming us for it. Checked my personal profile and saw what I did for a living and said I'm defensive, I had to be because of how sarcastic and rude her tone was. She said that her cleaners are like her best friends and she trusts them. I offered to pay for the off white towels NOT BLUE towels that she said we left, which colour ran into, our fault which i apologised for. Other than this it would have been a great stay if it wasn't for how the issue was handled and the manager phoned and sent messages the entire day accusing us while I was driving back to Jhb from Dbn. I was so tired of dealing with it so late in the night. Just said you right mam to end it all.
