Closeness to the beach and shopping facilities. Above all, safety within the apartment and we'll taken care of the parking. Security is top class.

spacious apartment, good views, bright and airy, decent complex with friendly people, clean, nice pools and a bit of garden, lots of cupboard space, decent size and quiet fridge
person managing the apartment was very friendly and responsive
would have been useful to have been informed beforehand that we needed to bring our own detergents, sponge, toilet paper, salt and pepper, tea coffee, bn bags etc.
light in the bathroom was faulty, extractor had a loud grinding noise,
kitchen utensils were grimy
couch had stains and had a bad smell
would have been good to have an extra set of keys seeing that we were 3 sets of adults, and keys were needed to access all spaces of the complex
location of complex is a bit dodgy, we didn't feel safe walking around the streets or getting to the beach

The location , the views, the rooms, exceptional!!
The sleeper couch shown on the ad was not available . It could do with some fumigation.
