The apartment was spacious and comfortable, great view from all the rooms, location, clean beach, friendly people in the building and outside as well, easy access to the shops or mall, friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our entire stay.
Cockroaches in kitchen maybe because its not far from the outside bins. The smell from the kitchen waste pipes was also not pleasant. The main bedroom towels did not smell clean.

Cleanliness. Apartment looks like its newly renovated
The apartment view of the beach and pool was breathtaking .
They must just provide more tissues, at least 1 per day. We got half tissue
$$$$
