Отличные аппартаменты, в центре, удобная локация, цена адекватная для такого качества и сервиса. Чисто, комфортно, современно. Балкон с закатом и видом на Лондон-это топ. Большая площадь номера. Очень удобные кровати. Кондиционер. Только самые лучшие впечатления. Комфорт и релакс. После насыщенного дня в городе и экскурсий, приятно возвращаться и отдыхать в чистоте и тишине

New building new furniture and appliances, convenient location

No responses on messages at alleven after several days, apartment was filthy, greasy and unclean. Dishwasher was not connected. No one was there at the agreed check in time. Apartment was not available on check in day, the apartment we were allocated was an upgrade however that was only cleaned by 8pm. We had received no warnings that check in time would not be accommodated. We stayed for 7 days no linen or towel changes or clean of the apartment. Day 2 we were told that our apartment would be available and we needed to move, inconvenience as we were busy the whole day, however when we changed the plans to accommodate for the move we were simply told that we would need to move on Day 3 as the apartment was still unavailable this was disruptivefor our stay as we could not unpack bags. On Day 5 they contacted us to move again by this stage we had unpacked and simply let them know that movement was impossibly inconvenient. We were also told be the building security that short lets were prohibited and thus did not have access to all building facilities and we were not supposed be there. There are no cooking utensils and only big pots.
