Bute buvo visko ko reikia: lygintuvas, skalbimo mašina, dulkių siurblys, mikrobangų krosnelė, virdulys, indai, patalynė rankšluosčiai, higienos priemonės, šildytuvas, plaukų džiovintuvas.
Visame bute yra mažos skruzdėlytės.

La ubicación y las vistas son geniales. El metro cercano a 800 metros
Las ventanas no cierran bien por lo que entra aire por la noche y mucho ruido. La cocina tiene pequeños insectos. Entra mucha luz por la mañana. La cocina es de Gas y no funciona bien. El lavaplatos estaba bastante sucio. Los cojines del sofá… en fin…

O apartamento fica localizado na Edgware Road com paragens de autocarro mesmo em frente e 2 paragens de metro proximas facilitando todo o acesso a rede de transportes da cidade Possui supermercados proximos e alguns restaurantes. O apartamento fica no 11 andar num predio habitacional, tem uma excelente vista sobre a cidade com o London Eye ao fundo e o Bib ben
O apartamento apresenta alguns sinais de desgaste. Na cozinha alguns eletrodomesticos não funcionam ou funcionam mal. Na casa de banho é preciso ter cuidado para a agua nao sair fora durante o banho porque nao existe nenhuma cortina ou vidro e se for mais alto o chuveiro nao atinge a sua altura. Nas fotos nao mostram mas so nao existe alcatifa nos quartos, wc e cozinha. A cozinha apresenta muitas formigas
