Sea & City Stay Bačvice

Excellent place to stay. It is close to the grocery stores, it is a short walk from city centre and the city beach. We were 4 people and we stayed for 3 nights, and we would have loved to stay longer if we could. It felt like our little home away from home. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen had enough utensils, cutlery, crockery, spices, etc. which we could use to cook almost every night we stayed there. There was also a large fridge which included a freezer section (and some prepared ice when we arrived). The provided cleaning items was sufficient and helped us greatly to clean up every day. There was also an iron and ironing board available. The bathroom had a hairdryer and a washing machine (with detergent). The bathtub included a shower head and also a glass separator (to keep the bathroom from getting wet). The bedrooms included sufficient closet and hanging space. In the living room there was a large flatscreen TV which had Netflix for us to use. There was also a Playstation, although we did not use it. The air-conditioning in the room was excellent (we were visiting during the Europe Heatwave and therefore the cool air was much needed). There was a small terrace area with some seating and shade. All the doors and windows had shutters (blinds) on the outside and curtains on the inside. This helped us when trying to keep the apartment at a cool temperature while we were out. We never felt uncomfortable or unsafe and we would definitely stay there again if we return.

It would have been nice if there was more hanging space for our towels (either in the rooms or in the bathroom). There was no safe; not sure if it was provided and we just couldn't find it.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Split. The location was excellent, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the beautiful Split Riva, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quieter neighborhood. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches, including the selection of coffee, tea, and other essentials that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. What truly made our experience special, however, were the owners. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations, and they made us feel genuinely at home. It is rare to find hosts who care so much about their guests’ comfort and experience. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split and would gladly stay here again in the future.
