Campanello Apartment near Bacvice Beach

Charmant petit appartement situé dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques minutes de la plage et du centre historique (station de bus, port, palais). Calme absolu. Très propre et bien équipé au niveau cuisine. Arrivés tard, nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire, mais la communication a été impeccable. Commerces à proximité, très pratique si on veut manger "chez soi". Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Autour de la petite et agréable plage de Bacvice (5mn à pied du logement), il y a plusieurs bars et restaurants où l'on peut profiter du coucher de soleil. Pour une expérience culinaire des plus raffinées, on conseillera Zora Bila. Remarquable!

Having an apartment after few days of small rooms was great. Peaceful, nice area and the occasional sound of the church bells was lovely. Damir was very welcoming and informative.

Google maps sent us a long and complicated way to get there on foot. Was a little further to centre as would have liked but Damir explained the shortcut. Prices in Croatia very high at present, but thought this was sort of reasonable for the distance.

A mixed review - the positives: the host went above and beyond to ensure I could check in at 1pm as I arrived on an early morning ferry. The location is fine - close to many supermarkets and a local beach, approx 10-15 min walk from old town in a very quiet area.

Discovered that on the mattress (and under the mattress protector) there was a great deal of hair (and I’m not talking about the hair from your head) so this was a bit disgusting. As the owner wasn’t able to come and clean at that particular moment the solution provided was to sleep on the fold out sofa and luckily there were spare sheets available in the apartment. Upon arrival the host was unwell. I understand it’s difficult to make other arrangements but would have preferred it if the host had made arrangements for someone else to provide access to the apartment. It’s worth noting this apartment is at the top of three flights of stairs.
